Pronounced che-trella, our name descends from the Cetrella Valley on the isle of Capri, with its aromatic herb cetra. Cetrella Los Altos shares its distinction as a nexus of Mediterranean-rim cuisines of rustic simplicity, worldly artistry and sybaritic indulgence, and seats patrons in main Cetrella Valley and Silicon Valley dining rooms, scalable Grotto and Grove private rooms, outdoor patio and full bar. Artwork by Santa Cruz artist Matt Farrar, depicting local-area creek, foothills and redwoods, distinguishes the dining spaces with its grand presence.

Executive Chef Michael Ellis prepares flavorful Mediterranean-rim and California coastal dishes including seasonal salads and soups, raw seafood, cheese flights, house-made breads and pastas, grilled vegetables, fish, fowl, field and game meats, and rustic entrées and desserts including house-made gelato, sorbet and ice cream, and the signature Valrhona Chocolate Trio.
