Chez Loma’s chef and partner Alejandro Martinez, loves the delights of simple traditional cooking while using the freshest ingredients: braised meats that fall of the bone, crisp vegetables with simple vinaigrettes, humanely raised cattle and wild caught fish. Alejandro’s simple but precise cooking style is based on one thought: a good cook knows how to treat the ingredients to let them shine.
Chez Loma is our new home and we are thrilled to be able to share this beautiful, historical and charming house with our guests. Our restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible. Architect and partner Andres Girault supervised the full refurbishing of Chez Loma to bring it back to its former elegant self. Our servers will make you feel at home in our delightful and comfortable dining rooms.
Sabrina our House Manager as well as the rest of the staff will make you feel at home. They are knowledgeable about our menus, food and wines, and will strive to make your experience at Chez Loma a special one.
