FINO signature paellas feature Spain's bomba rice, grown in the fresh mountain water around Murcia as well as Spanish saffron. Seafood paella may include PEI mussels, gulf shrimp, Atlantic calamari & octopus and east coast clams. Special meat paellas may include quail, chicken, rabbit, lamb & pork. Popular additions include fried farm eggs & Aurelia's Spanish Cured Chorizo. Paellas are also available for Take-Out for your next party.
