The cuisine we offer is californian–definitely our take on modern cal- cuisine, utilizing primitive techniques, with a heavy influence using coal and wood. Our vision is a place of sustainable practices with an approachable menu that allows for community, family and friends to gather. Continuing our alliance with the regions’ wealth of farms and purveyors that provide us with an extensive range of bio-dynamic, ethically raised and carefully crafted goods, we intend to introduce our version of healthy eating.
