The California Country menu has a local influence with a fresh spin on classic dishes. We serve the finest quality charbroiled steaks, market-fresh seafood and savory greens. Our specialties include: Porterhouse Pork Chop with Apricot Chutney, Hilltop Meatloaf with Mom’s Meatloaf Sauce, Lamb Ragout over Beluga Lentils, Hefeweizen Beer Braised Pot Roast, Grilled USDA Prime New York Steak with our own “Hilltop Brandy Cream Steak Sauce”, and then for dessert, try our Butterscotch Pudding.
