Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro merges classic steakhouse with innovative and unique culinary aspects, including an iced seafood bar, a cheese and charcuterie bar with more than 60 farmhouse and artisanal cheeses from around the world along with handmade salamis and meats. Recipient of the 2010 “Best of” award from Wine Spectator, Morels boasts an impressive wine collection with more than 450 selections from primarily French and Californian growers ranging from well-known wineries to limited-production, boutique wines. There are more than 70 wines available by the glass and for rarer vintages, a state-of-the-art European wine dispensing system called an Enomatic allows guests to taste wines in 2, 5 or 8 ounce pours.
