MUA is an eclectic dining, drinking and entertainment spot for all ages in Uptown Oakland. Enter the 1930’s warehouse-era building, pass through a curtain and find yourself at the welcoming bar. Venture beyond and the space opens up to a surprisingly large two story dining area with large communal tables and smaller tables, surrounded by local artwork that constantly changes. The food is American and Asian comfort food served in small and large plates.
