Nombe (pronounced “nom – bay”) refers to someone who likes to drink heartily. We are bringing Japan’s most popular eating and drinking establishments, IZAKAYA, to the heart of Mission. Come taste the real Tokyo style Japanese contemporary Izakaya fare (tapas) using Northern California’s seasonal, sustainable, and locally sourced produce along with over 90 brands of premium sake, organic Shochu cocktails, as well as eight Japanese and local beers on tap. The -80 seat restaurant is perfect for intimate dining or a big group dining up to 30 people on regular bases.

We also offer weekend brunch, which is Japanese and Japanese take on American Breakfast along with fresh ground coffee, Shichimi Bloody Mary and a bottomless Mimosa every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 – 2:30 PM. Our brunch is guaranteed to jumpstart your day after a long night of drinking at Nombe!!!
