Pasta Primavera Walnut Creek offers excellent food and courteous service in a casual and elegant contemporary Italian atmosphere. We opened in 1991 as Pasta Primavera Too, down the street from the original Pasta Primavera.
We believe in consistency and quality. Everyday we use only the freshest ingredients to prepare each dish to order. We are constantly trying to improve not only our menu, but the restaurant as a whole. Our attitude of “Going with the Flow” has kept us in business for almost twenty years.
The first Pasta Primavera Cafe and Bakery opened in 1988 at 2929 North Main Street in Walnut Creek. With fresh sauces made on the premises and entrees made to order, it quickly became a success. Additional locations were opened in San Ramon, Dublin (now closed), San Mateo, and Concord, and the Cafe was voted “Best East Bay Italian Restaurant 1997″ by the Contra Costa Times and “Best East Bay Italian Restaurant” by Diablo Magazine in both 1999 and 2001.
Today, Pasta Primavera Walnut Creek is an independent, locally owned Italian restaurant. While we share a common background with the other locations, we are no longer affiliated with them. Pasta Primavera Walnut Creek is currently owned and managed by Amir Tehrani, the founder of Pasta Primavera.
