Executive Chef Gavin Humes delivers a delectable “small plates” contemporary American menu. Chef Gavin is constantly experimenting with new flavors and techniques, and the“small plates” format provides a dynamic experience, allowing each guest to sample the range of Chef Gavin’s diverse menu.
The cocktail program is as forward reaching as the dinner menu. Barsmith Chris Parke crafts seasonal infusions and liqueurs to enhance his cocktails. The seasonally relevant artisan cocktail menu is updated often.
