About us
In the spring of 2014 we started making fudge and on Saturdays selling it from a booth at the Palafox Market in downtown Pensacola, FL. As our little business grew, we found ourselves making more and more fudge and expanding the number of flavors that we made. We listened as our customers made suggestions to expand our line of sweet treats, and we started to realize that we were out growing our cottage food operation. In March of 2015 we entered a contest because the proceeds were going to a good cause. We didn’t expect much, but were very happy when we were awarded first place in the candy division. At that point we knew that we were onto something good, so we took the leap and decided to open a full fledged candy store. After a lot of hard work we opened Remember When Sweet Shop in the fall of 2015 so our goodies would be available 6 days a week.
Our product line has grown to include Glazed Nuts, Retro Candy, Chocolates, Truffles, Vintage Soda plus Flavored Honey Butters, All Natural Jams and Salsa. AND….. we still continue to grow!
