Our vision comes from the secluded village of Agia Roumeli, on our home island of Crete. Having no access to the city, restaurants and cafes in the village have to produce their own goods, making the simplest sandwich, delicious and unforgettable. We want to bring you the same cafe experience that we have fallen in love with. Excited to bring our patrons a menu with delicious taste while focusing on the healthiest ingredients we can find.
