Our goal is to take our guests on a culinary trip in a Southerly direction – to countries like Mexico, Peru, Argentina & Chile. . .embodying the lush flavors, rich music, the warm and jovial experience each country evokes. Our cuisine has its roots in classical preparations while being seasonally and locally driven. The same can be said for our bar program – you can get a wonderful pisco sour or classic margarita – our bar program also features freshly squeezed juices, seasonal agua frescas, and syrups made with local and seasonal ingredients.
Rumbo al Sur’s dining room has been carefully designed to provide our guests with a unique experience. . .each section of the restaurant was built to foster conviviality or intimacy – small alcove tables for a romantic meal, community tables for larger parties and a large 18-seat bar set the tone for a memorable visit.
