After the wildly successful opening of Viviani’s third restaurant Siena Tavern in Chicago, the second outpost of the celebrated restaurant opened in November of 2014. Chef Fabio Viviani has made his culinary mark in Los Angeles and now, after his success with partners David Rekhson and Lucas Stoioff in Chicago, is taking Miami by storm. Siena Tavern’s approachable atmosphere and menu with favorites such as house-made pastas and pizzas, mozzarella and crudo bars, and newly launched brunch offerings have made it a standout in Chicago and is continuing this legacy in Miami with similar fare but with a local Miami influence.
