Here at TACKO, we use only the finest organic meat from family-owned farms in Idaho. Our Kurobuta Pork is lean and rich in flavor. No sodium, extenders, or water are added. Our American Kobe Beef is 100% natural, prime USDA grade beef. Our chicken comes fresh from Fulton Valley Farm in Sonoma. It is organic and free of antibiotics. We also feature fresh caught Mahi Mahi. At TACKO we are committed to providing you with only the finest ingredients available.
