Authentic Tijuana Tacos. Tacos El Gordo has a passion for delivering great-tasting Mexican Tacos. Tacos El Gordo de Tijuana B.C Inc., is a family owned and operated company. We have been in the food service industry for over 40 years, opening our first business in 1972. In 1998, Tacos El Gordo opened its first location in San Diego, California, and in 2010 opened its first location in Las Vegas.
Catering
Our foods are served buffet style with two taqueros (cooks) to prepare your tacos to your taste, and a tortillera making the corn tortillas. They will make sure that your tacos are served with an ample portion of meat and condiments. Catering service consists of carne asada and adobada meat (spiced pork) tacos, quesadillas, and mulitas. Our tacos are served with cilantro, onions, mild salsas, and are topped with avocado dip/sauce. Green onions and yellow chili peppers are sautéed on the griddle for added flavor. Radishes and limes are also offered, and we provide paper plates and napkins.
