Tony Chan’s Water Club is the “upscale” Downtown favorite with “romantic waterfront” views where “delicious Peking duck” and other dishes are “fresh as home cooking”. Though the fare is probably more complex than what you’d whip up at your condo stove, you watch the chefs through the “kitchen’s floor-to-ceiling windows” or at the sushi bar by the entrance, you might just learn a thing or two.
