Cosse’s on the Beach – Pensacola Beach

A taste of New Orleans on Pensacola beach. Cosse’s on the Beach features traditional New Orleans seafood, po-boys, and oyster bar. Visit us for our New Orleans style breakfast breakfast daily, lunch or dinner. We offer our famous Herbsaint, spinach, and crab baked oysters, alligator, seafood, jambalaya and much more. Chef Owner and former shrimper Mike Cosse created a menu from his New Orleans roots and love for the Crescent City.

Mike Cosse was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. Mike started his career as a commercial shrimper at the age of 13. Mike ‘s love for seafood continued to grow throughout his life and eventually Mike went to Culinary School at Delgado College in New Orleans, LA. After graduating from Delgado College he did a 3-Year Apprenticeship with Maurice Fitzgerald, Louisiana’s first Accredited Chef. Mike specializes in French Cuisine ​​due to his strong Louisiana roots and love for the Crescent City.
