Koi Restaurant and Lounge – Las Vegas

The menu at Koi Las Vegas is inspired by traditional Japanese dishes and is enhanced with modern California accents. Among Koi’s signature cold dishes are Crispy Rice Topped with Spicy Tuna; Hamachi Fusion with Soy-citrus and Truffle Essence; and Yellowtail Carpaccio with Grapeseed Oil, Ponzu, and Wasabi Tobiko. Signature dishes from the kitchen include Miso-Bronzer Black Cod with Seasonal Vegetables; Grilled Skirt Steak with Crispy Red Onions and Sesame Sauce; and Kobe Beef Filet Mingono Toban-Yaki. The sushi chefs present some of the freshest fish in town including yellowtail, Toro, octopus, snow crab and uni, in addition to signature rolls.

Decor:
The restaurant, designed by the Koi Group’s new in-house design team, is wrapped in a seductive harmony of Asian design elements, all integrated into a floor plan that combines an exotic Eastern aura with a genuine sense of Hollywood energy and style. Guests enter through massive hand-carved Indonesian doors beneath rugged beams topped with three playful gilded Buddhas handcrafted in Thailand. The first Buddha sees no evil, the second hears no evil, and the third, covering his mouth, speaks no evil. Other design elements include hand-carved spinning prayers wheels and an elliptical bar clad in Indonesian onyx and marble.
