Tamarina specializes in Coastal Italian cuisine. The indoor/outdoor space is being designed by David d’Almada of Sagrada in London, and features an Oyster Bar and al fresco Champagne Bar.
Furnished with dark wood, brass accents, and antique mirrors and furniture, Tamarina will evoke Italian glamour with a Miami accent – charming and lively, yet relaxed and cozy. Outside, a candlelit, lushly landscaped wraparound terrace will be highlighted by a Champagne Bar and intimate seating.
Tamarina will be a journey of senses. The main dining room will feature Italian-inspired crudos, appetizers, seasonal seafood dishes, premium meats and locally sourced organic produce. An adjacent sit-down Oyster Bar will serve its own crustacean specialties, while the opposite side of the room will be dominated by a sprawling bar and its own menu.
